Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clean Link ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is provided by Second Order Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Service Description

Clean Link is a utilities application that:

• Removes common tracking parameters (utm_*, fbclid, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, etc.) from shared links
• Works from the iOS share sheet via a Share Extension
• Tracks lifetime 'trackers removed' count on-device
• Configurable settings for ref parameters and aggressive mode

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Use the App to process URLs for illegal activities

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Clean Link offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

5.1 Available Plans

• Monthly: $0.99/month
• Yearly: $4.99/year (includes 7-day free trial)

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.3 Free Trials

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.

5.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
• The App will successfully remove all tracking parameters from all URLs
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SECOND ORDER LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Second Order Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
